Ejector Pump

The Ejector Pump monitoring panel will analyze data from a sensor monitor connected to a one or two pump ejector or sump pump system. Run times for each pump are presented graphically and pump alerts are available.

  • Detailed information panel with information about the last 10 pump runs presented graphically. Alternating pumps in a duplex systems are shown in different colors. If lag pump activation is required to reduce the tank level the lag portion of the pump run is highlighted red.

  • Reduced Information panel with green, yellow, red status for quick observation

  • Stuck Pump Alert detection of a pump run for longer then the stuck threshold time. This condition can be caused by a defective switch that does not properly shut the pump off after the tank level has dropped

  • Long Run Alert detection of a pump run for longer then the long run threshold time. This condition can be caused by pump risers that are partialy corroded through causing fluid leakage from the pump output back into the tank thus making the pump run longer to empty the tank.

  • Short Run Alert detection of a pump run for shorter then the short run threshold time. This condition can be caused by a defective switch that shuts the pump off before the tank level has dropped sufficiently

  • Lag Run Alert detection of a pump run that required activation of the lag pump to reduce the tank level. In many cases this is normal operation, but can also be a precusror to impending failure if excessive lag usage is required to reduce the tank level
